Rocky Loves Emily breaks their almost two-year musical silence with their latest single “Secrets Don’t Make Friends.” The paradoxically upbeat beat paired with the heartbreak in the lyrics works in Rocky Loves Emily’s favor; it’s a completely different sound than their debut EP Clueless. Instead, the band has an easy, chill, vibe going on–think We The Kings in “Say You Like Me,” but darker.

The band is expected to drop their second studio album Secrets Don’t Make Friends, on April 24th.
